Sonia Ho is a graduate student at the University of Irvine(UCI) in the Masters of Urban and Regional Planning program ( MURP). During her undergraduate years, Sonia interned for Jamboree Housing Corporation as a Resident Services Coordinator Intern at Compass Rose. Through this hands-on experience of communicating and learning the needs of impacted communities. Sonia has become interested in developing sustainable and affordable housing. Although she is still uncertain of her future career in urban planning, studying at UCI has helped her gain another interest in environmental planning and urban design. Sonia is excited to learn more about urban planning by working in the APA California - Orange Chapter.
