The City of Rancho Santa Margarita invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide consulting services to update the City’s Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP). The City has received a Grant from the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services to prepare an update to the LHMP that will be adopted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
To be considered responsive, qualified Proposers must submit a written proposal in accordance with the requirements, specifications, conditions, and provisions as described and set forth herein.
PROPOSALS ARE DUE BEFORE: 4:00 P.M. ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2018
After the proposal due date, evaluation will commence. If necessary, the City may require Proposers found to be the most qualified to interview with City staff. Selection of a qualified firm for the requested professional services shall be made on the basis of demonstrated competence and on the professional qualifications necessary for the satisfactory performance of the services required, and shall not be awarded solely on the basis of cost.
