Leila is a Senior Planner for CSG Consultants. She currently serves as a Consulting Planner for multiple jurisdictions in California including cities of Tustin and Town of Colma. Ms. Carver has expertise in project management, CEQA, GIS and demographic research and excels in leadership and customer service. She gained skills and knowledge in many areas of transportation planning from her 9 years of experience with Caltrans. Leila holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Geography from Cal State Fullerton, and a Master of Urban & Regional Planning from Cal Poly Pomona.
