David is a Principal at Sagecrest Planning + Environmental, an Orange County-based firm specializing in urban and environmental design, public policy, and project management. With 28 years of experience in managing complex, large-scale development projects and CEQA documents, he brings a deep historical perspective and technical mastery to his work.

 

His primary expertise lies in navigating the intricacies of State housing law, where he assists communities in achieving sustainable and compliant growth. Beyond his project work, David is a dedicated leader in the professional planning community, having served on the APA awards jury and as a mentor for the OC PEEL program. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Analysis and Design from the University of California, Irvine. David enjoys live music, the Dodgers, and Disneyland.
